1. After a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged or refunded, except when an event is cancelled In such cases the face value of the ticket will be refunded only to the original purchaser via PayPal
2. All events are 18+. If you're unable to show valid id indicating you're 18 or over when asked and refused entry you will not receive a refund.
3. Any promoter that we sell tickets for reserves the right to change the venue, date or time of the event without notice.
4. The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and venue. If you're refused entry for whatever reason, you will not be entitled to a refund on your ticket unless due to exceptional circumstances

6. E-tickets must be printed and shown to door staff for admittance.
7. Valid I.D must be shown with an e-ticket to door staff for admittance.
